“If you called us a year and a half or two years ago, you were waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. Our executive leadership went through several iterations of call centers, whether it be centralized or decentralized. We tried outsourcing to other vendors, and we just could not get the results we were looking for,” Reddick said.
“Partnering with Third Way, we were able to see a lot of benefits and achieve those results we were looking for.”
